Kelly Brock, MS, BS is a clinical nutritionist and exercise specialist in private practice located in Amityville, New York. In addition, she is an adjunct professor at Farmingdale State College teaching Sports Nutrition, Medical Terminology and Nutrition Communication. She specializes in nutrition for mental health.


Kelly holds a Master's Degree with Honors in Applied Clinical Nutrition from New York Chiropractic College and a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science with a minor in Dance from Hofstra University. Her experience includes working with digestive issues, binge eating disorder, anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, exercise addiction, autoimmunity and much more.

Kelly represented the Applied Clinical Nutrition program for New York Chiropractic College in a testimonial that depicted her dedication to the field of nutrition, her involvement in research projects and her plans to expand her practice to place emphasis on nutrition related to mental health.


Kelly has been a featured personal trainer on News 12 Long Island and currently teaches yoga classes. You can find her class schedule under the "Classes" tab.
