In this 90 Minute Initial Consultation, we will review every. single. aspect. of your health; nutrition, exercise, sleep, hormones, and much more.

We start at 90 minutes to really invest in what you are looking for out of your services and to allow for adequate time to discuss your intake paperwork.

After payment is received, intake documents are given and to be filled out 48 hours prior to scheduled sessions. 24 Hour Cancelation Policy.

OPTION 2:

MIND BODY FOOD SESSIONS

After your initial session, you will receive a homework assignment to write out "10 Things That Influence The Way You Eat Now." This gives us a lens into food beliefs, food coping mechanism and serves as a starting point for rebuilding your relationship with food.

Through sessions and self-work, we will get you to a place of body acceptance, nutrition education, an understanding of what you are dealing with and actionable items that will help you in healing.

1 Month USD: $360

Pay As You Go: $100/1 Hour

Option 1:

After you have completed your initial session, we will move into weekly or bi-weekly 1 Hour Sessions.

The first step is a food intolerance test to determine if you are intolerant to anything you are consuming, what nutrients you are deficient in and what chemicals your body reacts to.

After receiving results; you will move into a specified program to remove intolerances and supply the body with proper nutrients.

After that individualized program is complete, you will move into a lifestyle plan that best suits your wellness desires for optimal vitality!
